Visningen \u00e4r en del av Cinema Queers samarbete med konstn\u00e4ren och curatorn Mohamad Sabbah. Kortfilmspaketet Rebellious body f\u00f6ljs av ett samtal med Mohamad Sabbah, curatorn och allkonstn\u00e4ren George Chamoun och Marwan Kaabour multidiciplin\u00e4r grafisk formgivare och konstn\u00e4r. Marwan har bland annat startat den digitala plattformen Takweer som utforskar arabisk historia och popul\u00e4rkultur. Samtalet kommer fokusera p\u00e5 arkiv som en politisk kraft.<\/p>\n

Miguel v\u00e4xer upp under inb\u00f6rdeskrigets Libanon med sin konservativa katolska pappa och auktorit\u00e4ra syriska mamma. Hans homosexualitet ger honom mindrev\u00e4rdeskomplex och han g\u00e5r med i arm\u00e9n f\u00f6r att bevisa att han \u00e4r en riktig man. Men det blir inte som han har t\u00e4nkt sig och djupt traumatiserad hamnar han till slut i Spanien d\u00e4r han, 37 \u00e5r efter att ha l\u00e4mnat Libanon, f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00e5 ordning p\u00e5 sitt liv.<\/span><\/p>\n
