During a day on cliffs, artistically draped with nude bodies, Demosthenes offers to help his best friend Nikitas write the script that will be the friend’s film debut. The deadline is approaching, and during this sun-drenched summer, we follow the work process while being sent two summers back in time when Demosthenes struggles with his sick father, his selfish mother, and the fact that not even a really good lay can make him stop thinking about his ex, the somewhat boring Panos, whom he has broken up with himself. Coming to the rescue is the stray dog Carmen. Zacharias Mavroeidis makes us yearn for Greece with this playful meta-narrative that raises the question of whether a hero really needs to change.
