Vaginal Davis – The Outward Room

In collaboration with Moderna museet Cinema Queer presents two works of Vaginal Davis that will be on display at Konträr throughout the period of the festival. Vaginal Davis is an award-winning artist, acclaimed author and international blacktress. In her pioneering and incredibly diverse oeuvre, punk meets glamour, queer activism meets racial justice and resistance meets joy. The works presented at Cinema Queer is an extension of  “Magnificent Product” is her first major solo exhibition taking place at Moderna museet till October 13.
