If If Were Love follows fifteen young dancers that are touring Crowd, Gisèle Vienne’s dance exploration of the French rave scene of the 90’s rave scene. Over time, the relationships become increasingly intimate and bizarre. Combined with blasting electronic music and neon lights, the lines between reality and dance start to blur.

Patric Chiha’s visually and emotionally intense film won the Teddy Queer Film Award for documentary filmmaking at the 2020 Berlin International Film Festival.
