In this bold and visually stunning film, we meet Cecília, a young and successful model, who returns home to Recife to celebrate Christmas. There, she reunites with her charming and intriguing neighbour João, who presents her with an unusual and intoxicating green substance, which seems to unlock new dimensions of perception and desire for Cecília. As their relationship grows more and more passionate, she also discovers that João is deeply involved in a secret cult dedicated to the biblical princess Salomé.
