With the backdrop of the full-scale war in Ukraine, we get to follow three Ukrainian drag queens: Diva Monroe, Marlene and Aura. Instead of fleeing, they choose to fight for freedom, for the LGBTQ+ community, and for their very existence. From the glamour of the show to the brutality of war, the film follows their lives – filled with loss, fear, courage and hope. Together they unite to organize a charity drag show in support of Ukraine and its defenders, proving that art and culture can be a powerful weapon of resistance and solidarity.
