Short film from Beirut’s queer scene and the legend Campbell X

In this room, two different short film programs will be presented. The films roll constantly during the hotel’s opening hours.

Oct 6-8: Love Beirut
In collaboration with Lebanon’s first queer film festival Cinema al Fouad, we show a package of short films from Beirut.

Three Centimeters, Zara Zeidan, 9 min, Lebanon
In the oldest amusement park in Beirut, four friends ride in the park’s Ferris wheel and talk about everything from how to best make use of three centimeters to one of the friends’ breakups. The conversation soon leads to a surprising confession.

9 – 11 Oct: Campbell X
We present a retro with two short films by the Cinema Queer favorite Campbell X. Campbell X’s work focuses on stories about black queer people in the UK, where They are also based. Cinema Queer has previously shown Stud Life at the festival, but this is the first time that these short films are shown in Sweden.
