Galax-Ma
Galax-Ma is a video installation, a collection of forces. Galaxy-Ma is the hope of another reality. Galax-Ma is a place to breath. Galax-ma is the movement towards a rebellious future that turns perspectives. Moves / refurnishes and illuminates the unique power within ourselves.
Galax-Ma takes you on an apocalyptic but invigorating inner journey from an action-packed, intimate queer perspective on the quest to find inner peace. With inspiration from everyday life from both a personal and utopian perspective with the hope of inspiring change and hope for a new world model.
The film has been created in collaboration with, among others, Mapei, Antnony Mills, Roxy Farhat, Martin Ander, Leo Halling.
Galaxy-Ma is a story written and directed by Neva Deelay. The producer, musician and DJ is well known in Stockholm’s artist circles as a composer and producer of music for e.g. films, documentaries and performances. Her honest attitude to art means that her sets are always characterized by a strong authentic intensity. Project Galax-Ma is her long-awaited debut album and art project.
