Lovers is a romantic comedy with an entirely lesbian ensemble, that was shot in just 18 days, about three lesbians trying to navigate love, fears and desires in Paris. What could go wrong? It follows Nour, Laura and Gabrielle, three women with specific but all too-relateable issues such as rushing into relationships, being too insecure, wanting to start a family and dreaming about a new partner when the old one isn’t paying you enough attention any more.
